Refund policy

Unwanted Goods: You have a right to cancel the contract within 14 days starting the day after receiving delivery of the goods. You must inform us within this 14 day period by emailing sales@obd2scantools.co.uk of your intention to return an item, following which you must return the goods to us within 14 days, at your cost. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted and you will be charged a courier fee to return them to you. You are responsible for loss of damage of the goods whilst in transit to us. The goods must be returned complete, unfitted, unmodified, undamaged and in re-saleable condition including all the original packaging which must also be undamaged.

No refunds whatsoever will be given on goods that that show signs of being installed, modified, scratched or defaced in any way or incomplete or in damaged or missing packaging

It is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods and ensure that they are adequately insured against loss or damage and returned in good order, including packaging.
